Employing basic physical principles and a sense of humor, Adam Weiner analyzes scenes from favorite sci-fi, superhero and action movies to illustrate the good and bad physics of Hollywood. Adam Weiner is a Physics Educator in La Jolla and writes a weekly blog for Popular Science Magazine. His visually entertaining presentation is appropriate for ages 13 and older. Enjoy the talk, exhibit galleries and the 8:00 p.m. IMAX film for only $8.50!
Tickets are free with admission, but must be obtained from the ticket counter upon entry. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. |
