San Diego Scientists CAN be social!!

I won't lie - this is the first time that I have ever written a blog before!  I am hoping that by writing this that those of you out there in the Science Community who have thought about joining the SD Science Social Club will reach out to me to understand the benefits of joining our group.  We live in a gorgeous city with so many amazing things to do, and for some reason, most of us live here for a few years and never take the time to experience it.  Not to mention the fact that we are surrounded by like-minded individuals and we never actually take the initiative to meet with them.  SO - that's where the SD Science Social Club comes in.  You join, meet great new people, go to great new places, eat great new food, have great new times - have I said it's great enough?  Well - it is.  By being a member not only will you receive discounts on events and happenings all over San Diego but the best part is - we do all the "work".  All you have to do is sign up for the events you want to attend and show up.  Myself and a few other "Social" Scientists want to make it easy for all of us to get out of the labs and enjoy this beautiful place that we live.
