About Me:: I'm currently working towards my PhD in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology, which is focused on the analysis of DNA methylation with next generation sequencing data. It seeks to answer questions about the origins of DNA methylation variation, the extent of that variation in naturally-occurring populations, and the change in DNA methylation variation across development. Although I have a deep love for Biology, I am broadly interested in the development and application of computational and statistical methods to large scale data sets.
